教学评价是对教师的语文教学工作和学生的语文学习质量作出客观衡量和价值判断的过程,是小学语文教学过程中必不可少的一个重要环节。它可以提供教学的反馈信息,以便及时地调整和改进教学方法,保证教学目标的实现,是有效进行小学语文教学的必要保证。其中教师在课堂教学中通过自己的语言、语气、表情、动作等方式对学生的表现和行为进行针对性评价的“即时评价”尤为重要。可是有一部分老师对课堂评价实质掌握不够准确,由此提出课堂评价应该有导向性,要客观公正,要让学生在集体评价中提高能力,评价要启迪学生思维。
Teaching evaluation is a process of objective measurement and value judgments of teachers ’Chinese teaching and students’ language learning quality. It is an indispensable link in primary Chinese teaching. It can provide teaching feedback information in order to timely adjust and improve teaching methods to ensure the realization of teaching objectives, is an effective guarantee for primary language teaching. In which teachers in the classroom through their own language, tone, expression, action, etc. on the performance of students and conduct targeted evaluation “instant evaluation ” is particularly important. However, some teachers do not grasp the essence of class assessment. Therefore, it is suggested that class evaluation should be oriented, objective and fair, that students should be able to improve their ability in collective evaluation, and that evaluation should inspire students’ thinking.
