目的:人参系龟龄集的君药,为确保本品的质量,建立了人参的含量测定方法。方法:采用薄层扫描法测定龟龄集中人参的人参皂苷Rg1含量。以氯仿—甲醇—水(65∶35∶10)10℃以下放置的下层溶液为展开剂;10%硫酸乙醇溶液为显色剂;双波长反射法锯齿扫描:λs=541nm,λR=700nm;狭缝04mm×04mm;灵敏度:中;线性化参数:SX=3。结果:通过方法学考察,点样量在103~618μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,其回归方程为:Y=3342+7733X,r=0996;平均回收率为1012%(n=3)。结论:试验表明,方法可靠,数据准确,操作简便、易行。
