云南教育学院综合楼桩基工程,共有长桩(11~14m)836根,短桩(6~7m)140根。按甲方要求,用废钢丝绳加工成钢纤维,掺入预制桩头部80cm范围内,取得了良好的效果,976根桩都打到设计深度,桩头打烂只有3根,破损率0.3%。而相邻的地理研究所主楼,与教育学院地质情况相似,所用桩型相同,由同一个单位制桩,同一个单位打桩,采用普通预制桩,桩头打烂44根,破损率7.3%,而且有几十根桩打不到设计深度。
The comprehensive building pile foundation engineering of Yunnan Institute of Education has a total of 836 long piles (11~14m) and 140 short piles (6~7m). According to Party A’s requirements, the waste steel wire rope was used to process the steel fiber and was incorporated into the prefabricated pile head within 80 cm. Good results were achieved. 976 piles were hit to the design depth, only three pile heads were broken, and the breakage rate was 0.3%. . The main geography building of the adjacent Geographic Research Institute is similar to the geological condition of the Institute of Education. The same pile type is used. The same unit makes piles, the same unit piles, and ordinary prefabricated piles are used. There are 44 pile heads broken and the damage rate is 7.3%. And there are dozens of piles that do not reach the design depth.
