长城饭店是中美合资的一座大型现代化饭店,建筑面积82000多米~2,客房1007套,建筑总高度82.85米,地下2层,地上22层。工程占地面积15000米~2,建筑物占地面积9200米~2。饭店由主楼、服务楼、汽车库等组成。1-2层成为一个整体,是公共性用房。主楼3～18层为标准客房,其中18层有两套总统级客房和两套贵宾客房。二层服务楼顶上有屋顶花园、露天网球场。主楼外墙全部是玻璃幕墙。
Great Wall Hotel is a large-scale modern Chinese-US joint-venture hotel with a building area of more than 82,000 meters~2, 1007 rooms, a total building height of 82.85 meters, 2 underground floors, and 22 floors above ground. The project covers an area of 15,000 meters~2, and the building covers an area of 9,200 meters~2. The hotel consists of the main building, service building, and garage. 1-2 floors become a whole, and they are public housing. The 3rd to 18th floors of the main building are standard rooms, of which 18 floors have two sets of presidential rooms and two VIP rooms. There is a roof garden and open-air tennis court on the roof of the second floor service building. The external walls of the main building are all glass curtain walls.
