目的了解基层医疗保健机构新生儿疾病筛查(以下简称新筛)工作人员对新筛基础知识的知晓情况。方法采用自行设计的问卷对安徽省186名新筛工作人员进行自填式问卷调查。结果新筛工作人员基础知识平均得分为74.9±16.4分,及格率为86.6%。不同性别、年龄、工作单位类型、单位级别、新筛工作年限、专业技术职称和学历的工作人员之间的基础知识得分和及格率差异均无统计学意义;承担告知谈话工作的新筛工作人员的基础知识得分和及格率均高于从事非告知谈话工作的工作人员;新筛基础知识得分和及格率均与接受业务培训的次数有关,接受培训3次以上的工作人员高于3次以下的工作人员。结论新筛工作人员的基础知识知晓水平较好,但仍应加强更具针对性和实用性的新筛业务培训。
Objective To understand the basic knowledge of new sieve staff in primary health care institutions neonatal screening (hereinafter referred to as the new sieve) staff. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey 186 new screen workers in Anhui Province. Results The average score of basic knowledge of new screening staff was 74.9 ± 16.4 and the pass rate was 86.6%. There was no significant difference in basic knowledge score and passing rate among staffs of different genders, ages, types of work units, unit level, working hours of new sieves, professional titles and academic qualifications; the new screen staff who informed the interviewers The scores of the basic knowledge and the pass rate were higher than that of the staff engaged in non-informed conversation. The scoring and passing rate of the basic knowledge of new screeners were all related to the number of business training received. The number of staff who received more than 3 trainings was higher than 3 staff member. Conclusion The new screening staff knowledge of the basic knowledge is better, but should still strengthen the more targeted and practical new screening business training.
