采用化学气相沉积法(CVD)制备了MoS_2/Y复合润滑涂层,利用X射线衍射仪、X射线能谱仪、扫描电子显微镜及拉曼光谱等对复合涂层的成分、结构与表面物性进行分析。采用通过Rtec-MFT型多功能摩擦磨损试验机在大气(相对湿度75%~80%)和室温(22~24℃)环境下评价复合涂层的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,MoS_2/Y复合涂层结构致密,具有较好抗氧化性,其耐磨寿命和摩擦稳定性较单一CVD-MoS_2涂层均有显著提高,而且摩擦系数更低。
MoS 2 / Y composite coatings were prepared by chemical vapor deposition (CVD). The composition, structure and surface properties of the composite coatings were characterized by X-ray diffraction, X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy analysis. The friction and wear properties of the composite coatings were evaluated using a Rtec-MFT multi-purpose friction and wear tester in the atmosphere (relative humidity 75% to 80%) and at room temperature (22 to 24 ° C). The results show that the MoS_2 / Y composite coating has a compact structure and good oxidation resistance, and its wear life and friction stability are significantly higher than those of the single CVD-MoS 2 coating and the friction coefficient is lower.
