目的:对引起一起传染病暴发的病原菌进行实验室检验和分析。方法:按照国标进行致病菌检验,利用美国杜邦公司RiboPrinter全自动微生物基因指纹鉴定系统对12株病原菌通过基因分型进行了同源性分析。结果:63份标本中检出甲型副伤寒沙门菌12株,12株菌相似系数为0.93至0.97,均起源于同一克隆系。结论:本起传染病病原菌为甲型副伤寒沙门菌,传染源为食堂厨房工作人员。
Objective: To test and analyze the pathogens causing the outbreak of infectious diseases together. Methods: According to the national standard of pathogenic bacteria test, the use of DuPont RiboPrinter automatic microbial gene fingerprint identification system of 12 strains of pathogens by homology analysis. Results: Twelve strains of Salmonella paratyphi A were detected in 63 samples, and the similarity coefficients of 12 strains were 0.93 to 0.97, all of which originated from the same clonal line. Conclusion: The pathogen of this infectious disease is Salmonella Paratyphi A, the source of infection is the canteen kitchen staff.
