目的:应用RP-HPLC方法,对不同居群苍术中苍术素醇的含量进行比较。方法:高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Agi-lent TC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),柱温为30℃,流动相为乙腈-水(49∶51),检测波长为337 nm,流速为1.0 mL.min-1。结果:苍术素醇在9.12×10-2~9.12 mg.L-1(r=0.999 9)呈现良好的线性关系;平均回收率为97.15%,RSD 1.5%(n=5);大别山区苍术各居群样品中苍术素醇含量比江苏茅苍术高出4~6倍。结论:建立了一种准确、简便的苍术质量评价方法;不同居群苍术中的苍术素醇含量与其形态及地理分布有一定的相关性。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the content of atractylosin in different populations of Atractylodes by RP-HPLC method. METHODS: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a column with acetonitrile-water (49:51) at a flow rate of 337 nm with a mobile phase of Agi-lent TC-C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1. The results showed that the average recovery was 97.15% and the RSD was 1.5% (n = 5). The herb in the Dabie Mountains had a good linear relationship with each other in the range of 9.12 × 10-2 ~ 9.12 mg.L-1 (r = 0.999 9) The population samples of Corydalis alcohol content higher than the Jiangsu Atractylodes 4 to 6 times. Conclusion: An accurate and simple method for quality evaluation of herbaceous herb was established. The content of atractylosin in different populations of herb was related to its morphology and geographical distribution.
