目的:探讨国产UMCIC/D 型经皮穿刺肝癌凝固治疗用微波天线性能特点。材料与方法:应用该国产天线及同类进口TMD14CB10 天线行离、在体肝实验。结果:国产天线离、在体肝组织凝固形态呈水滴状,凝固长径明显小于进口天线且短轴径线较大,60 W300s 辐射肝组织中心区温度低于进口天线,天线杆温度较进口天线低20 ℃且不粘连组织。结论:UMCIC/ D 型天线对肝组织凝固形态好,凝固效果确切,天线温度低,抗粘性能强。
Objective: To investigate the performance characteristics of the microwave antenna used for coagulation therapy of domestic UMC-I-C/D percutaneous liver cancer. Materials and Methods: The domestic antenna and the imported TMD14CB10 antenna were used to perform the in vivo liver experiment. RESULTS: The domestic antenna was separated from the body, and the solidified liver tissue showed droplets. The coagulation length was significantly smaller than that of the imported antenna and the short-axis diameter was larger. The temperature in the center of the 60 W300s radiating liver tissue was lower than that of the imported antenna, and the temperature of the antenna rod was lower than that of the imported antenna. Low 20 °C and no adhesion. Conclusion: The UMC-I-C/D antenna has good coagulation morphology, solid coagulation effect, low antenna temperature and strong anti-sticking performance.
