应用液氮冷冻治疗耳廓假性囊肿58例(59耳),采用最简便安全的棉蘸法,蘸取液氮对已抽液的囊肿病灶作反复冷冻至冰球形成略大于病灶圈1mm为止,冷冻时间自皮肤发白起计,约需30秒钟,术后二周愈合,疗效达到100%。本病病因和发病机制尚不明了,对目前与之有关的主要学说观点作了简扼介绍。根据文献和本组资料分析了本病的临床特征;比较各种治疗方法,深感冷冻治疗有不需麻醉,无术后感染及出血,反应轻、愈合好、疗效高诸多优点,值得研究推广。根据日前公认的本病病理组织学,提出冷冻治疗的可能机制是:低温的冷冻固凝作用使局部动静脉血流凝滞及囊壁内纤维肉芽组织的毛细血管血栓形形成肉芽有消失,于是渗液停止,囊腔内积液随之消失,由于软骨膜的修复作用使囊腔前后壁粘合而愈。
