本文对管理控制系统中的边界控制和交互控制与创造性产出之间的关系进行分析与阐述。边界控制系统界定了企业员工可寻找投资机会的战略区域,其对创造性产出的影响路径受到边界控制系统宽窄程度的影响。当控制的边界宽泛时,会激发员工思维的发散性与灵活度,促进创造性产出形成;反之则通过激发员工的细节意识与持久度提高创造性产出成果。交互控制系统对边界控制与创造性产出之间的关系存在调节作用。当控制边界宽泛时,交互控制发挥筛选作用来调节边界控制与创造性产出之间关系;当控制边界较为狭窄时,交互控制通过强化知识整合与协调来调节边界控制与创造性产出之间关系。
This paper analyzes and elaborates the relationship between boundary control and interactive control and creative output in the management control system. The border control system defines the strategic area in which employees can look for investment opportunities and the path of their impact on creative output is affected by the breadth and depth of the border control system. When the control of a wide range of boundaries, it will stimulate the divergence of thinking and flexibility of employees to promote the formation of creative output; the other hand, by stimulating the employee awareness of the details and durability to improve the output of creative output. Interactive control systems have a regulatory role in the relationship between border control and creative output. When the control boundary is wide, interactive control plays a screening role to adjust the relationship between border control and creative output. When the control boundary is narrow, the interactive control adjusts the relationship between border control and creative output by strengthening knowledge integration and coordination.
