目的:了解广西市售龙眼(荔枝)干、桂圆肉、保鲜龙眼中SO2的残留情况,为市场监管部门加强食品安全监督提供参考。方法:2010年-2012年随机抽取广西市场上的保鲜龙眼、龙眼(荔枝)干、桂圆肉64个样品,按GB/T5009.34-2003《食品中亚硫酸盐的测定》第二法测定SO2残留量。结果:符合国家卫生标准的43份,合格率67%,其合格率从高到低依次为保鲜龙眼(100%)﹥龙眼干(75%)﹥荔枝干(69%)﹥桂圆肉(50%)。结论:广西市售龙眼(荔枝)干、桂圆肉中,超国家卫生标准的达33%,不同程度地存在SO2残留量超标的情况,桂圆肉中最高SO2残留量超国家卫生标准8.6倍。
Objective: To understand the residues of SO2 in dried and longan (lychees) dried longan and fresh preserved longan in Guangxi, and provide reference for the market supervision department to strengthen food safety supervision. Methods: From 2010 to 2012, 64 samples of preserved longan, longan (lychee) dried longan and longan meat were randomly collected from Guangxi. According to the second method of GB / T5009.34-2003 Determination of Sulfites in Foodstuffs, SO2 Residues. Results: 43 cases meeting the national health standards with a passing rate of 67% showed that the qualified rates of dried longan (100%), dried longan (75%), dried lychee (69%), longan meat (50% ). CONCLUSION: In Guangxi, dried and longan dried and longan meat have an ultra-national health standard of 33%. SO2 residues exceeded the standard in varying degrees. The highest SO2 residue in dried longan meat exceeded the national health standard by 8.6 times.
