为控制1000吨/时直流锅炉低温过热器出口汽温,本文系根据“等焓切换”原理对锅炉启动工况作了分析,并提出以冷态启动切分前锅炉燃料量与低温过热器工质通流量的比值作为判断依据。还讨论了恢复低温过热器前喷水减温器后的汽温调节静、动态特性,并利用简化了的动态方程求得低温过热器的动态飞升曲线及其它特性参数。
In order to control the outlet steam temperature of low temperature superheater of 1000 t / h DC boilers, this paper analyzes the boiler start-up conditions according to the principle of “equal enthalpy switching”, and proposes to start the boiler with cold before starting the fuel quantity and low temperature superheater Qualcomm flow rate as a basis for judging. The static and dynamic characteristics of the steam temperature regulation after the recovery of the preheater and the desuperheater are also discussed. The dynamic characteristics of the low temperature superheater and other characteristic parameters are obtained by the simplified dynamic equation.
