水泥基材料的湿度扩散和干缩性能是影响其耐久性的重要方面。本文研究了高交联硅树脂乳液对水泥基材料湿度扩散和干缩性能的影响。高交联硅树脂乳液以辛基三甲氧基硅与丙基三甲氧基硅烷两种单体为原料,通过乳液聚合的方式制成。结果表明,水泥基材料的失水量随着环境相对湿度的降低而增大,由于掺加的硅树脂乳液阻止了水泥基材料水化进程,能够有效控制水泥基材料的早期收缩,使得掺加硅树脂乳液的砂浆试块的收缩量小于未处理的砂浆试块。随着硅树脂乳液掺量的增加,砂浆试块前期的干缩量减小,但干燥龄期越长,硅树脂乳液的干缩影响越小。
The moisture diffusion and shrinkage properties of cement-based materials are important aspects that affect their durability. In this paper, the effect of high cross-linked silicone emulsion on moisture diffusion and shrinkage of cement-based materials was studied. High cross-linked silicone emulsion octyl trimethoxysilane and propyl trimethoxysilane two monomers as raw materials, by way of emulsion polymerization. The results show that the water loss of cement-based materials increases with the decrease of relative humidity, and the early shrinkage of cement-based materials can be effectively controlled by the addition of silicone emulsion to prevent the hydration process of cement-based materials, The shrinkage of the mortar block of the silicone emulsion was less than that of the untreated mortar block. With the increase of the content of silicone emulsion, the amount of shrinkage at the early stage of the mortar decreased, but the longer the drying period, the smaller the shrinkage of the silicone emulsion was.
