目的分析康复新液联合泮托拉唑对消化性溃疡疾病的治疗价值。方法 84例消化性溃疡疾病患者,按治疗方法不同分为标准三联组和联合用药组,各42例。标准三联组给予泮托拉唑等三联标准方法治疗,联合用药组在标准三联组基础上给予康复新液治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、溃疡愈合时间、治愈时间及1年复发情况。结果联合用药组总有效率为95.24%,高于标准三联组的80.95,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合用药组溃疡愈合时间、治愈时间均短于标准三联组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合用药组1年消化性溃疡复发率低于标准三联组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合泮托拉唑对消化性溃疡疾病的治疗价值高,可有效降低复发率,加速溃疡愈合,缩短疗程,是消化性溃疡疾病的理想治疗方法 ,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic value of Kangfuxin solution combined with pantoprazole on peptic ulcer diseases. Methods Eighty-four patients with peptic ulcer disease were divided into standard triple group and combination group according to different treatment methods, with 42 cases in each group. Standard triple group given pantoprazole and other triple standard method of treatment, the combination group on the basis of the standard triple group rehabilitation Kang liquid therapy. The curative effect, ulcer healing time, healing time and recurrence of one year were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of combination group was 95.24%, which was higher than that of standard triple group (80.95), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The ulcer healing time and healing time in the combination group were shorter than those in the standard triple group (P <0.05). The relapse rate of peptic ulcer in the combination group was lower than that in the standard triple group in one year (P <0.05). Conclusion Kangfuxin solution combined with pantoprazole has high value in the treatment of peptic ulcer diseases, which can effectively reduce the recurrence rate, accelerate the healing of ulcer and shorten the course of treatment. It is an ideal treatment for peptic ulcer diseases and is worth promoting.
