加强企业文化建设与做好企业思想政治工作实质上是不可分割、相辅相成的,均可以发挥出凝聚人心、统一思想的重要作用。基于此,首先分析企业思想政治工作与企业文化建设有机融合的理论基础,其次,深入探讨企业思想政治工作与企业文化建设有机融合的途径,其中包括做到企业文化建设与企业思想政治工作内涵相连、做到企业文化建设与企业思想政治工作形式相连、做到企业文化建设与企业思想政治工作在廉政建设的相连等,具有一定的参考价值。
