为规范文物艺术品拍卖行为,明确艺术品拍卖交易秩序,促进文物艺术品市场健康、繁荣发展,商务部组织有关单位起草了《文物艺术品拍卖规程》(征求意见稿)行业标准。为充分听取各方意见,保证标准的可操作性,现对该标准(征求意见稿)公开征求意见。欢迎社会各界对标准内容提出建议和修改该意见。
In order to standardize the auction of cultural relics and artefacts, clarify the order of auction of art works, and promote the healthy and prosperous development of relics and art market, the Ministry of Commerce organized the relevant departments to draft the industry standard of Auction Rules of Art and Art Works (Draft for Comment). In order to fully listen to the opinions of all parties and ensure the operability of the standard, we hereby publicly solicit opinions on the standard (draft for comments). Welcome all sectors of society to make recommendations on the standard content and modify the opinion.
