根据 DNA指纹图谱和系谱 ,从 1999年采集的 96个江苏稻瘟菌株中选择 44个菌株进行致病性测定。它们被鉴定为 7个生理小种。用日本清泽系列单基因鉴别品种和 L TH近等基因系 (NIL s)鉴别品种分析 ,分别产生 2 7和 10个致病类型 ,CO39NIL s对江苏菌株几乎没有鉴别作用。分析结果可见供试菌株之间致病性差异极大。研究表明 ,发展包含较多抗病基因的近等基因系鉴别品种能准确地反映病原菌致病性以及合理评价和利用相关抗性基因。
According to DNA fingerprinting and pedigree, 44 strains were selected from 96 strains of M. gossypii collected in 1999 for pathogenicity test. They were identified as seven physiological races. There were 27 and 10 pathogenicity types were identified by the single strain of Qingze series and the LTH nearly isogenic line (NILs), respectively. CO39NILs showed no significant difference in Jiangsu strains. The results showed that there was a great difference in the pathogenicity of the tested strains. Studies have shown that the development of nearly isogenic lines with more resistance genes can accurately reflect the pathogenicity of pathogens and rationally evaluate and utilize related resistance genes.
