目的:研究鞘蕊喘咳舒胶囊的止咳祛痰平喘作用。方法:采用浓氨水致小鼠咳嗽和电刺激猫喉上神经引咳;小鼠气管段酚红排出法,大鼠气管毛细玻管排痰法和组胺喷雾致豚鼠哮喘试验,评价鞘蕊喘咳舒胶囊的止咳、祛痰和平喘作用。结果:与正常对照组相比,鞘蕊喘咳舒胶囊灌胃给药能明显延长浓氨水引咳小鼠的潜伏期和减少咳嗽次数,但对电刺激猫喉上神经引咳的域值没有明显影响,提示鞘蕊喘咳舒胶囊具有止咳作用,但止咳作用为非中枢性的镇咳作用。与正常对照组相比,鞘蕊喘咳舒胶囊能显著增加大鼠的排痰量,但对小鼠气管段酚红排出量无明显影响,此外,鞘蕊喘咳舒胶囊灌胃给药能延长磷酸组胺致豚鼠哮喘的潜伏期,其作用与等临床倍数的复方鞘蕊苏口服液相当。结论:鞘蕊喘咳舒胶囊具有止咳、祛痰和平喘作用。

Compared with the normal control group, Coleus Chuanke Shu Capsule can significantly increase the amount of sputum in rats, but no significant effect on tracheal phenolphthalein excretion in mice, in addition, Coleus Chuanke Shu Capsule intragastric administration Extend the incubation period of guinea pig asthma caused by histamine phosphate, and its role and other clinical multiple equivalent Coleus Su mouth oral solution. Conclusion: Coleus Chuanke Shu capsule has antitussive, expectorant and antiasthmatic effects.
