目的了解北京市展览路社区居民20~70岁牙本质敏感的患病状况并分析其影响因素,以期为今后牙本质敏感的防治提供临床资料以供参考。方法调查对象采取多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,抽取北京市展览路社区居民进行调查,调查内容包括牙本质敏感的临床检查及健康问卷调查,所有被检查者均需回答年龄,刷牙方法及酸性来源等内容。临床检查是在常温下,距离牙面1 cm处气枪吹压缩空气,受检者确认是否敏感或疼痛。结果调查社区居民1016户,共计2869人。在调查的社区居民中66.6%自述有敏感症状,结合临床检查,受检人群牙本质敏感的患病率为30.8%。人均牙本质敏感牙数为1.6颗,牙本质敏感最好发的牙位为前磨牙,最常见的引起牙本质敏感的刺激因素为温度刺激。受教育程度低,牙刷使用时间长,有牙龈退缩,胃食管反酸等因素与牙本质敏感的发生有关。结论社区居民牙本质敏感症发病率高,以中老年人尤为严重。对其防治应从提高居民对牙本质敏感症的认识,及加强社区口腔医生的重视。提高口腔健康措施,防止牙周疾病等多方面进行。
Objective To understand the prevalence of dentin hypersensitivity in community residents aged 20 ~ 70 years at Zhanqian Road in Beijing and analyze the influencing factors, with a view to providing clinical information for the prevention and treatment of dentin allergies in the future. METHODS: The subjects of the survey adopted a multistage cluster random sampling method to select community residents in Beijing Zhanqilu Road for investigation. The contents of the survey included the dentine-sensitive clinical examination and the health questionnaire. All subjects were asked about the age, brushing method and acidity Source and so on. Clinical examination is at room temperature, 1 cm from the tooth surface air gun blowing compressed air, the subjects confirm whether the sensitivity or pain. Results A survey of 1016 community residents, a total of 2869 people. Among surveyed community residents, 66.6% reported having sensitive symptoms. Combined with clinical examination, the prevalence of dentin hypersensitivity in the tested population was 30.8%. The number of dentin-sensitive teeth per capita was 1.6, and the most sensitive dentine-sensitized teeth were premolar. The most common stimulus for dentin-sensitization was temperature stimulation. Low level of education, toothbrush use a long time, with gingival recession, gastroesophageal acid reflux and other factors related to the occurrence of dentine sensitivity. Conclusion The incidence of dentin hypersensitivity in community residents is high, especially in middle-aged and elderly people. Its prevention and treatment should improve residents’ awareness of dentin-related allergies and strengthen the emphasis of community-based dentists. Improve oral health measures to prevent periodontal disease and many other aspects.
