如何把投资包干、群众核算同加强企业管理结合起来,正确处理专业管理同群众管理、专业核算同群众核算的关系,是当前基本建设财务工作中的一个重要问题。年前,我们到黑龙江省建筑工程公司第三工地,作了短时期的“蹲点”工作。这个工地连续二年零九个月超额完成计划,在大搞群众运动和加强企业管理方面积累了许多经验。现在把他们的做法介绍出来,供大家参考。
