在行政法课堂中引入“案例研习”教学模式对与培养实用性行政法学人才有着重大意义。“案例研习”模式的引入,能够促使学生更好的融入到案例中去,运用已学知识理解案例,培养独立思考能力和逻辑思维能力。本文通过将“案例研习”模式与传统教学方式和进行对比,结合教学目的对其在行政法教学中的适用性进行讨论。
The introduction of “case study ” teaching mode in the administrative law classroom is of great significance for cultivating practical personnel of administrative law science. The introduction of “case study” mode can help students to better integrate into the case, use the knowledge they have learned to understand the case, develop independent thinking ability and logical thinking ability. This article discusses the applicability of “case study” model in the teaching of administrative law by comparing the “case study” model with the traditional teaching methods.
