河南省嵩箕区,属秦岭纬向构造带的东段北支,含平顶山等7个煤田。该区煤炭资源丰富,煤田水文地质条件比较复杂,不少矿井曾发生过突水淹井事故;另有些矿区则供水水源紧张,对此,众说纷云,认识不一,通过区域水文地质调查及对地层、构造和大量井孔泉点与矿井资料的综合分析,笔者认为: 1.煤矿突水淹井的主要威胁来自煤层底板灰岩岩熔裂隙水。但由于构造分割零碎,灰岩出露面积有限,补给水源不足,容易疏排治理,随着开发强度和开采水平的提高,今后的主要问题将是供水水源问题及环境水文地质问题。 2.据不同区段的地下水资源计算说明,除个别井田外,该区地下水资源并不十分丰富,因此在煤炭资源勘探及煤矿防治水工作中,坚持“排供结合,兴利防害”的原则是很必要的。 3.针对煤炭资源勘探及开发中的主要水文地质问题,今后的工作主要应着眼于煤层底部灰岩岩溶裂隙水并十分重视对区域水文地质条件的研究及矿山回访调查和环境水文地质工作,以往那种就并田论井田,就淹井谈治水等单一、孤立地做法,是不可取的。

However, due to the fragmentation of the structure, the exposed limestone has a limited area of exposed limestone and insufficient supply of water, which makes it easy to control pollution. With the improvement of development intensity and exploitation level, the main problems in the future will be water supply and environmental hydrogeology. 2. According to the calculation of groundwater resources in different sections, groundwater resources in this area are not very abundant except for individual minefields. Therefore, in the exploration of coal resources and prevention and control of water in coal mines, the “adhere to the arrangement of supply, supply, prevention and control” The principle is necessary. 3. In view of the major hydrogeological problems in the exploration and development of coal resources, the future work should mainly focus on the limestone karst fissure water at the bottom of the coal seam and attach great importance to the study on the regional hydrogeological conditions and the mine return survey and environmental hydrogeology. In the past, It is not advisable that the single and isolated approach of putting a well to talk about water in a field on the field of peace.
