油菜霜霉病菌的分生孢子,对传播本病起了重要的作用,作者等为了阐明分生孢子对各种外界条件的抵抗力,进行下列试验。(1)光线取本菌新鲜的分生孢子,撒在载玻片的水滴中,分别放置于直射日光及室内分散光线下,经过5小时后,取出镜检。直射日光下的发芽率为2.04%,分散光线下为68.2%。可见分生孢子对日光的抵抗力颇弱。
Conidia of the rape downy mildew pathogen played an important role in the transmission of this disease. The authors carried out the following tests in order to elucidate the resistance of conidia to various external conditions. (1) Light Take the fresh conidia of the bacterium and sprinkle it in the water droplets of the glass slide. Place it in direct sunlight and indoor light, respectively. After 5 hours, remove the microscopic examination. Direct sunlight germination rate of 2.04%, scattered light was 68.2%. Cones can be seen on the weak resistance to sunlight.
