采用真空电子束焊接2198铝锂合金,并对接头的微观组织及力学性能进行了分析测试。金相组织观察表明,接头焊缝区为等轴晶与树枝晶混合组织;XRD分析显示,接头焊缝金属区主要由α-Al基体相、θ’(Al2Cu)相组成;接头力学性能测试表明,虽然与母材本身的性能相比有所降低,但仍具有较高的强度和硬度;SEM观察显示,接头拉伸断口表面分布有许多大小不一的韧窝,呈典型的韧性断裂特征。
The 2198 Al-Li alloy was welded by vacuum electron beam and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the joint were analyzed and tested. The microstructure observation showed that the joint weld zone was a mixture of equiaxed grains and dendrites. XRD analysis showed that the joint weld metal area mainly consisted of α-Al matrix phase and θ ’(Al2Cu) phase. The mechanical properties of the joints showed that , Though it is lower than that of the base metal itself, it still has higher strength and hardness. SEM observation shows that there are many dimples with different sizes on the tensile fracture surface of the joint, showing the typical ductile fracture characteristics.
