建筑人工费亏损是多方面原因导致的,解决这一问题必须从维护用工关系的稳定性及施工企业的利益的角度,从机制创新与制度建设两个方面着手。建筑人工费是施工企业成本的重要组成部分,最近几年伴随着物价上涨、建筑从业人员减少等原因,建筑人工费在施工企业成本中的比重不断提高,根据现在的一些资料显示,建筑人工费亏损占到工程总造价的5%,如何解决建筑人工费亏损,降低施工企业成本是当前施工企业成本管理当中必须解决的问题。要解决这一问题,单纯依靠施工企业很难达到目的,必须从政府、企业两个角度,规范用工行为、构建起良好用工环境。
