建立了柱塞式化油器主供油系供油特性的数学模型,并进行改变结构参数时对空燃比影响的模拟计算,比纯试验方法可节省大量劳力,其结果对给定的零件加工质量控制范围提供了修正依据,并在北京化油器厂的产品检验中得到了验证。
The mathematical model of the oil supply characteristics of the main oil supply system of the piston carburetor was established. The simulation calculation of the influence on the air-fuel ratio when the structural parameters were changed could save a lot of labor compared with the pure test method. As a result, The scope of quality control provides the basis for amendment, and in the Beijing carburetor plant product testing has been verified.
