在新形势下,如何坚持发展农村合作医疗制度,笔者谈点自己的看法。 一、标准必须务实 近年来,随着农村经济的发展,农民生活水平的提高,及物价上涨,要实事求是地确定集资标准和医药费用报销方案。防止片面追求收费标准低、报销标准高的倾向,资金筹集标准应以当地农民人均收入的1—1.5％为宜,使合作医疗制度稳步地发展。
