随着资本市场的发展,定向增发成为企业融资的重要渠道,对企业的企业的发展起着至关重要的作用。本文以上市公司格林美为例,从其筹资能力、定增必要性和定增效果等方面进行剖析,结果显示定向增发在改善公司的资本结构,降低资产负债率和经营风险等方面有积极作用,对我国上市公司定向增发提供了一定的经验借鉴。
With the development of capital market, private placement has become an important channel for corporate financing and plays an important role in the development of enterprises. Based on the case of Greenmey, a listed company, this paper analyzes its financing ability, necessity and effect of fixed increase. The results show that private placement can play a positive role in improving the company’s capital structure, reducing asset-liability ratio and operating risk, It provides some experience for the private placement of listed companies in our country.
