液压油与液力传动油的性能要求是不同的,盲目将液压油代替液力传动油是错误的。液压传动与液力传动的工作条件差异较大。液压油的最大流速一般限制在5～7 m/s,工作温度一般控制在80℃左右,而液力传动油的最大流速一般可达20 m/s,工作温度可能超过150℃。因此,液压油不能保证液力传动设备的抗高温氧化、高旋转速度、高油流速度和高油温等工作要求。
