本文主要研究产出不确定环境下,三级供应链的生产决策和契约设计,我们发现批发价契约无法实现供应链的最优。我们在原材料供应商和制造商之间引入期权契约,发现引入期权契约可以实现供应链的协调和帕累托改进,证明期权契约可以实现双赢的局面,本文还进一步分析了契约参数对供应链成员利润的影响。
This paper mainly studies the production decision and contract design of three-level supply chain under the environment of uncertain output. We find that the wholesale price contract can not achieve the optimal supply chain. We introduce the option contract between raw material suppliers and manufacturers. We find that the introduction of option contract can improve supply chain coordination and Pareto improvement, which proves that the option contract can achieve a win-win situation.
