承钢一棒生产线的主传动设备从意大利安萨罗宾康公司引进,全部主传动设备分为5段,分别通过T01-T05变压器供电,供电电压等级为三相交流690V,每段的交流进线通过两组二极管整流装置给逆变器的直流母线供电。交流进线电压值通过指针式电压表显示在进线控制柜的控制面板上,在自动化控制系统,无法实现对主传动的交流进线电压值进行实时监控及数据采集,给传动设备维护和故障分析带来了诸多不变,本文简述了一棒主传动交流进线电压数据采集的实施方案。
