针对目前基于海事卫星C站所提供的平台存在系统功能单一、操作界面不友好、通信带宽窄等问题,提出了基于海事卫星C系统和BGAN的邮件系统。根据海事卫星C系统和BGAN的现有业务,利用地面站与陆地网络之间X.25协议进行数据通信,将系统分为通信服务模块、邮件服务模块和Web服务模块分别进行设计。系统实现了以电子邮件方式处理船岸之间数据通信的功能。
In view of the problems of single system platform, unfriendly interface and narrow communication bandwidth, based on the platform provided by Marine Satellite C Station, a mail system based on Maritime Satellite C System and BGAN is proposed. According to the existing services of C Satellite Satellite System and BGAN, X.25 protocol is used for data communication between ground station and land network. The system is divided into communication service module, mail service module and Web service module respectively. The system realizes the function of e-mail processing ship-to-shore data communication.
