实验教学的目的在于培养学生的动手能力和科学探究精神,关键要能合理引导学正确、规范的操作、仔细观察、认真记录与作出分析,得出合理的结论。学生常规实验分为师生演示与小组合作探究性实验。其中探究性实验能很好是培养学生学习与动手能力、可大大提高学生科学素养。我们应该给学生提供充分的进行探究性实验的机会,使他们在自主探究的过程中真正理解和掌握生化学知识,同时使他们的思想水平、科学探究能力得到和谐而全面的提高。
The purpose of experimental teaching is to cultivate students’ practical ability and spirit of scientific inquiry. The key to be able to reasonably guide the correct and standardized operation, carefully observe, carefully record and analyze, and draw a reasonable conclusion. Students’ routine experiments are divided into teacher-student demonstration and group cooperation inquiry experiment. Among them, exploratory experiments can well develop students ’learning ability and practical ability, which can greatly improve students’ scientific literacy. We should provide our students with opportunities to conduct exploratory experiments so that they can truly understand and master the biochemical knowledge in the process of independent inquiry while improving their ideological level and scientific inquiry ability in an all-round way.
