1981—1984年,用从田间采集的206个样本同时进行了四种蚜虫传毒和四种抗血清酶联免疫吸附测验(EIA)对小谷粒作物的大麦黄矮病毒病(BYDV)变体鉴定的对比试验。在171次的对比中,用两种方法取得的结果是一致的;在29次对比中,用 EIA 得出了更完全的资料;另有6次对比,由蚜虫传毒得到的资料比 EIA 的要多。每种 BYDV分离物参照已知的 PAV,MAV,SGV,RPV 以及 RMV 的症状加以鉴定。在172个植株中已鉴定出211种分离物,其中155种类似于 PAV,29种类似于 RMV,20种类似于RPV,4种类似于 MAV,3种类似于 SGV。EIA 特别对鉴定混合侵染有用,已在172个受浸染植株中发现了36个混合侵染株。
In 1981-1984, four species of aphid infestations and four antiserum enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (EIA) were simultaneously conducted on 206 samples collected from the field to identify barley BYDV variants of small grain crops Comparison test. In 171 comparisons, the results obtained by the two methods were consistent; more comparisons were made with EIA over 29 comparisons; and in six comparisons, the data from the aphids were higher than those from EIA need more. Each BYDV isolate was identified with reference to the known symptoms of PAV, MAV, SGV, RPV and RMV. Of the 172 plants, 211 isolates have been identified, of which 155 are similar to PAV, 29 are similar to RMV, 20 are similar to RPV, 4 are similar to MAV and 3 are similar to SGV. In particular, EIA is useful for the identification of mixed infections and 36 mixed-infected strains have been found in 172 infested plants.
