As a cross-sectional survey of the current status of iodized salt supply by households participating in the pilot provinces in Jiangsu Province in September 1999, 1411 households (4%) found that they were eating non-iodized salt. Now this part of the residents eat iodized salt knowledge and behavior of a survey, the report is as follows.
