1项授权市政府制定临时性行政管理措施的决定、7件涉及城市管理和社会服务领域的地方性法规在上海世博会筹备和举办期间相继出台,形成了颇具特色的“涉博法规群”。世博会的成功举办离不开法治软环境的助推。如今,世博会已精彩落幕,但如何用好“世博立法”带来的经验和启示,继续推进城市法治化建设,充分运用法制手段推动放大世博后续效应,为实现依法治市增添新内涵、提供新动力,成为“后世博”时期立法者和城市管理者倾力研究的课题。
