许多学者认为根尖牙本质碎屑可作为基质利于钙盐沉积封闭根尖孔,和作为屏障从而减少尖周组织对根充物的炎症反应。本文将证实在非感染的活髓猴牙根管预备中是否会于根尖部的牙本质牙骨质界处产生牙本质填料及其对牙髓治疗进程的组织学影响。用2只公猴33只牙的43个根管。在橡皮障隔湿和消毒条件下按临床常规根管预备,工作长度比X线片上根管长度短0.5~1mm。操作中并不刻意制造牙本质填料,不过组织学上的牙本质牙骨质界与X线片及触觉感受到的根尖孔之间的差别足以使我们不能很好地控制根管

This article will demonstrate whether the generation of dentin packings and their histological impact on the course of endodontic treatment at the apical dentin cementality in non-infected medullary root canal preparation. 43 root canal of 33 teeth of 2 male monkeys. In the wet rubber barrier and disinfection conditions according to clinical routine root canal preparation, working length than X-ray film on the root canal length of 0.5 ~ 1mm short. The dentin packings were not deliberately made in operation, but the difference between the histological dentin cementality and the radiographs and the tactilely perceived apical foramen was sufficient to render us unable to properly control the root canal
