用 Shay 氏大鼠幽门结紮模型实验及小鼠利血平溃疡造型实验证明,L—谷酰胺有良好防溃疡形成作用。冰醋酸诱发大鼠胃溃疡模型实验证明,L—谷酰胺有明显促进溃疡愈合作用。小鼠对 L—谷酰胺的口服最大耐受量超过3g/kg/次。家兔长期毒性表明,各项常规化验,给药前后无显著差异(P>0.05),常规病理镜检,各重要脏嚣亦未发现与药物有关的特异性改变。微核试验证明,L—谷酰胺未对小鼠骨髓多染红细胞诱发微核。
The pylorus ligation model in Shay’s rat and modeling of reserpine ulcer in mice proved that L-glutamine had good antiulcerative effect. The experiment of gastric ulcer induced by acetic acid in rats showed that L-glutamine obviously promoted ulcer healing. The oral tolerance of L-glutamine to mice exceeds 3 g/kg/time. The long-term toxicity of rabbits showed that there was no significant difference between routine tests and before and after administration (P>0.05). No pathological changes were observed in all vital organs. Micronucleus test showed that L-glutamine did not induce micronuclei in mouse bone marrow-derived red blood cells.
