利用CO2脉冲激光器对1Cr18Ni9不锈钢板进行激光蚀刻,探究高精度刻线的刻度盘的加工工艺。主要研究辅助气体、焦深、光斑移动速度等激光加工工艺参数对刻槽的影响,优化工艺参数,以求获得良好的几何精度和理想的刻槽轮廓。研究结果表明:基于1Cr18Ni9不锈钢、使用压缩空气,不同类型喷嘴对试样无明显区别,气压过低、距离过近都会使试样产生熔渣或黏结,连续调节焦深和光斑移动速度可获得理想的焦深范围和速度。针对后续的大批量生产的要求,相应提出改进的工艺方案,使其精度和可靠性达到更高的要求。
The CO2 pulse laser was used to laser etch the 1Cr18Ni9 stainless steel plate to explore the machining process of the high-precision graduated scale. The main research assist gas, depth of focus, spot moving speed and other laser processing parameters on the impact of groove, optimizing process parameters, in order to obtain good geometry accuracy and ideal groove profile. The results show that: based on 1Cr18Ni9 stainless steel, the use of compressed air, different types of nozzles no significant difference between the sample, the pressure is too low, the distance is too close to the sample will produce slag or bonding, continuous adjustment of depth of focus and spot moving speed can be ideal The depth of focus and speed. For the follow-up of mass-production requirements, the corresponding improvement of the process plan to make its accuracy and reliability to higher requirements.
