国内医院感染管理工作历经30年的发展,取得了有目共睹的辉煌成就,但依然存在许多困难,院感专职人员的职称晋升问题便是其中之一。由于目前国内缺乏专一针对院感专职人员的专业技术职称系列,院感专职人员通过背景专业序列晋升障碍重重;同时,职称晋升难题也是阻碍优秀中青年医务人员加入院感队伍的一大障碍。针对国内职称晋升管理体系和感控专职人员职称晋升现状,江苏省率先在国内探索解决院感专职人员职称晋升问题,通过主攻高级职称晋升、临床医生优先、量身打造考评要求等程序逐步探索解决专职感控医生高级职称晋升。针对院感团队中临床医生缺乏的现状,国内部分地区也进行了探索,主要有感染科、感染管理科、微生物室合并和临床医生兼职感控两种模式,同时,如何真正发挥感控医生在感染防控中的作用是需要进一步探索的课题。为彻底解决院感团队中所有人员的职称晋升问题,还需要国家层面的顶层设计,比如在医学院校开设医院感染管理专业,设立独立的院感专业技术职称晋升序列等,从而保证我国医院感染管理事业不断蓬勃发展。
