目的分析对抑郁症患者实施细致化护理的临床效果与心理状态产生的影响。方法本院选取抑郁症患者共50例作为分析的重点对象,将随机数字表法作为分组的方式,分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组予以细致化护理干预,对比2组的疗效与心理状态的影响状况。结果观察组的治疗效能感评分相较于对照组明显更高,且抑郁评分明显比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论对于患有抑郁症的患者而言,采取细致化护理措施进行干预,能够将护理效果提升,将治疗效能感显著提高,将心理状态显著改善,在整体上将治疗效果提升,值得现代临床进一步的推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects and psychological status of patients with depression in intensive nursing care. Methods A total of 50 patients with depression were selected as the focus of our study. The random number table was divided into control group and observation group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given meticulous nursing intervention. The curative effect and psychological status of the two groups were compared. Results The therapeutic efficacy score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the depression score was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions For patients with depression, taking meticulous care interventions can improve the nursing effect, significantly improve the efficacy of treatment, significantly improve the psychological status, and enhance the therapeutic effect as a whole, which deserves further clinical progress in the modern era Promotion.
