试验研究表明 ,以 15 %功率比的微波处理携带大麦条纹花叶病毒 (BSMV)的小麦种子 ,能明显提高小麦对BSMV的抗性而增产 ,其诱导机制是提高小麦植株不同部位木质素含量 ,同时提高过氧化物酶的活性 ,减少组织细胞中X体和变异细胞核的数量。由于木质素含量的提高而增强根系对土壤传播病毒禾谷多粘菌的抗入侵、抗扩张能力。上述抗性已知能维持到第 4年。微波处理不能诱导小麦出现突变穗 ,认为微波处理是对小麦细胞质的诱变 ,其抗性机制是细胞质的遗传。
The experimental results showed that the wheat seedlings with barley mosaic virus (BSMV) were treated with microwave at the ratio of 15%, which could significantly increase the resistance of wheat to BSMV and increase the yield. The induction mechanism was to increase the lignin content in different parts of wheat plants, While increasing peroxidase activity, reduce the number of X cells and mutant nuclei in the tissue cells. As the lignin content increased and enhance the root system of soil-borne virus Polymyxcelium anti-invasion, anti-expansion capacity. It is known that the above resistance can be maintained until the 4th year. Microwave treatment can not induce the emergence of wheat mutation, that microwave treatment is a mutation of wheat cytoplasm, the resistance mechanism is the cytoplasm of the genetic.
