不孕症较常见,输卵管阻塞是造成不孕诸多因素中最常见的一种,占2/3以上。以往对其选用的治疗方法主要有通气、通液及剖腹手术等,但疗效不显著。非手术性输卵管再通术是将放射诊断与临床治疗合二为一的介入性技术,具有独特的治疗价值,为众多的不孕妇女带来福音。1988年THURMON与ROSCH首先报道取得令人满意的效果。90年代以来,我国部分医院开展此项技术并有报道。我们科从1997年1月～1998年2月应用此技术为22例患者进行治疗,现报告如下:
