肾上腺机能初现是肾上腺的青春期 ,它是指自 6~ 8岁左右肾上腺开始分泌肾上腺雄激素并逐渐增加的过程 ,目前认为肾上腺机能初现和性腺机能初现是独立的、分开的两个成熟过程。 3 β 羟类固醇脱氢酶和 17α 羟化酶 /17,2 0 裂解酶 (P45 0C17)在肾上腺机能初现调控中起着重要的作用 ,特别是P45 0C17丝氨酸磷酸化的激素调控 ,将有望揭开肾上腺机能初现的调控机制 ,但是到目前为止 ,对肾上腺机能初现的作用和机制还未完全清楚。该文就国外对这一研究领域 ,包括肾上腺机能初现的定义、作用和调控机制作一简要介绍。
