本研究试以十一酸睾酮(Tu)式庚酸睾(?)(TE)合并小剂量的甲孕酮(DPM)或戊酸雌二醇(EDV).观察对雄性大鼠的抗生育效力,并以 TE 合并 MDP 或EDV 作为对照.四种药物组合如下:A.TU12.0mm/kg+EDV 0.7mg/kg;B.TU12.0mg/kg+MDP 7.0mg/kg;G.TE10.0mg/kg+EDV0.7mg/kg;D.TE10.0mg/kg+MDP 7.0mg/kg,肌注给药,第一个月2次,以后每月1次,连续3个月.结果证明四种药物组合均能通过抑制生精过程,发挥抗生育效力,其强度依次为:A>B>C>D.在给药期间雄鼠仍有交配力.停药后各组雄鼠先后恢复生精功能及生育力.这几种药物组合的主要缺点为给药期间可引起不同程度的睾丸萎缩,停药后睾丸的形态变化可完全恢复.作者等认为 TU 合并小剂量 MDP 或 EDV 作为长效男用节育药的方法值得进行临床试验.
