本文对冷挤压成型的“95系列柴油机活塞肖”进行了双面渗碳淬火的试验研究。结果表明:渗碳试验工艺比现行工艺渗碳时间缩短了三分之一。双面渗碳直接淬火和重新加热淬火的活塞肖,其组织和机械性能均达到或超过了现行生产技求标准规定,这样就可以取消防止内孔渗碳的措施,而且提供了冷挤压活塞肖双面渗碳后直接淬火的可能性。经三年来生产实践证明,这一工艺是可靠的,提高了活塞肖的使用寿命。
