在建筑行业,建筑施工安全人命关天,安全生产管理工作是一项重中之重的工作,是衡量一个施工企业的施工管理水平、现场管理工作优劣和社会声誉的重要因素.因此,在施工管理工作中必须坚持“安全第一,预防为主”的安全生产方针,一定要把安全工作放在首位,时刻不容忽视施工安全的管理,建立并完善安全生产管理制度,制订安全措施计划,落实安全技术措施,加强施工安全管理,实施综合管理.
