野菜,采集天地间灵气,吸取日月精华,是大自然的精髓之一。每一次品尝,都是和自然的亲密接触。野菜那些纯净、本真的鲜香,是自然的礼物,是我们绿色生活的气息,亦是人与自然相互关爱的见证。从《关雎》中描绘了青春女子在灿烂春光中轻快地采集野菜,到《影梅庵记》中所忆董小宛善于腌制野菜,使黄者如蜡、绿者如翠。野菜的采集和食用在我国可谓是源远流长。
Wild herbs, collecting Reiki between heaven and earth, drawing sun and the moon essence, is one of the essence of nature. Every taste, are intimate contact with nature. Wild, pure and authentic, wild herbs are gifts of nature, the breath of our green life, and the testimony of mutual love between man and nature.
