在高校体育技术教学中辅助练习被普遍应用,实际效果显著。特别是在技术动作复杂难度系数大的专项教学中,辅助练习起着关键性作用。羽毛球作为高校重要的一门必修和专选课程,深受大学生的喜爱。但是羽毛球运动项目技术动作连贯性强,动作难度大。所以当前高校羽毛球班学生多数在技术学习中感到吃力,对技术的掌握程度不太理想。经调查发现在羽毛球技术教学中辅助练习或多或少的都在被引用于课堂之上,不过在引用辅助练习的过程中对其选择和引用缺乏理论认知,致使选用的辅助练习动作不够科学合理,导致教学效果欠佳。因此本研究从辅助练习动作的理论分析入手进行系统阐述,旨在为高校羽毛球教学中选择和引用辅助练习提供有效的理论支撑和正确思路。

Badminton as an important compulsory and selective courses in colleges and universities, deeply loved by college students. However, badminton sports technical coherence and strong action difficult. Therefore, most of the college badminton class students feel hard in the technical study, the degree of mastery of technology is not ideal. The survey found that in the teaching of badminton auxiliary exercises more or less are cited in the classroom above, but in the process of quotation of auxiliary exercises on the lack of theoretical knowledge of their choice and reference, resulting in the choice of auxiliary exercises not science enough Reasonable, resulting in poor teaching effectiveness. Therefore, this study starts with the theoretical analysis of the auxiliary exercises and systematically elaborates, aimed at providing effective theoretical support and correct ideas for the selection and citation of auxiliary exercises in college badminton teaching.
